How far in advance should I book my event?

We recommend booking your event at least 1–6 months in advance to ensure availability and allow sufficient time for planning and coordination. For larger events such as weddings and corporate gatherings, booking even earlier is advisable. However, we also accommodate last-minute events whenever possible.

Absolutely. Every event is unique, and we understand that one package does not fit all. We offer flexible and customizable packages that can be tailored to your specific requirements, preferences, guest count, venue, and budget.

Yes, we are happy to plan and manage destination as well as outstation events. Our team coordinates logistics, vendors, décor, and on-site execution to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience, regardless of the event location.

We accept bank transfers and other commonly used payment methods. Payment schedules and terms are clearly discussed during the booking process to ensure complete transparency

We understand that plans can sometimes change. Cancellation and rescheduling requests are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the event date, services booked, and vendor commitments. Please contact our team as early as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

By using this website, requesting a quote, or booking our event decoration or rental services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our Services

Serene Event Management provides event decoration, event planning support, and rental of event décor, furniture, backdrops, centerpieces, lighting, and related event equipment. All services are subject to availability.

3. Booking & Reservations

Bookings are confirmed only after acceptance by our team. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking if required due to availability, scheduling conflicts, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Rental Responsibility

  • Rental items remain the property of Serene Event Management LLC.
  • Customer is responsible for loss, theft, misuse, or damage during the rental period.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
  • Normal dust is acceptable; excessive dirt, wax, food residue, oil, paint, glue, tape, or other stains requiring deep cleaning will incur a cleaning fee.
  • Haldi (turmeric), kumkum, mehendi (henna), sandalwood paste, oils, food coloring, and similar ceremony stains are NOT considered normal wear. Any permanent discoloration or damage caused by these materials will result in additional cleaning, repair, or replacement charges.
  • Do not drill, nail, staple, paint, or permanently alter rental items.
  • Late returns may incur additional rental charges.
  • Security deposit will be refunded after inspection if no damage or excessive cleaning is required.
  • The company is not responsible for any injury, damage, loss, or incident that occurs during the rental or use period.

5. Payments

Payment terms, deposits, and final balances will be communicated during the booking process. Services or rentals may require partial or full payment before the event date.

6. Cancellations

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the service or rental agreement. Any applicable cancellation fees will be communicated during the booking process.

7. Website Content
